Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love every piece you receive from LOUHOU, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with tags still attached.

To start a return, email us at Louhou.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Pre-Order Pieces

Pre-order pieces are handmade with a 6-week production period.
